The RYA Professional Practices and Responsibilities (PPR) (Online) course helps you to navigate through the key areas of the regulations as they apply to you, taking you to vital information sources and bringing the regulation to life with case studies and exercises. It is an interactive course, with an assessment at the end.

RYA Marine Radio SRC (Short Range Certificate) – (Online)

RYA Marine Radio Short Range Certificate (SRC) is the minimum qualification required to operate marine VHF radio equipment on a UK flagged vessel.

RYA Coastal Skipper and Yachtmaster ™ Theory

RYA Coastal Skipper/Yachtmaster™ theory is an advanced course that builds on the knowledge gained at the RYA Day Skipper Theory level.

This is a 6 day course that includes an assessment at the end. It is open to anyone, but is most likely to benefit those who have already completed their RYA Day Skipper Theory, and have some practical boating experience

RYA Diesel Engine Maintenance

This course will help you prevent and solve diesel engine failure. It is designed to give you an awareness of the main systems of a marine diesel engine and the ability to prevent breakdown at sea & rectify defects not requiring workshop support. The RYA Diesel Engine Maintenance course is designed to encourage greater knowledge, understanding and self-sufficiency.
